Every form covered

Forms 303, 130, 349, 390 and 347: all of them, automatic

Every form is generated from your real activity, not from estimates — without you having to know which figure goes in which box.

What sets us apart

How we minimise the risk of filing late

Designed to always be on time

We send a genuine alert before every tax deadline. If something is missing from your side, we ask for it with time to spare.

You see the draft before filing

We never file without you having reviewed and approved the amount. You can see every figure, understand where it comes from and give the green light.

A certified tax advisor signs and files

A certified tax advisor files it, using a digital signature authorised with the AEAT. You get the receipt straight away.

VAT and income-tax ledgers up to date

Your ledgers update automatically with every invoice. Ready if the Spanish Tax Agency ever asks for them.

It's this simple

How it works

  1. 1

You invoice and record your activity

You upload or sync your sales and purchases. The platform classifies them and builds the VAT and income-tax ledgers.

  2. 2

We calculate and show you the draft

Before the deadline we generate your forms with the real amounts. You see every figure explained in plain language, no jargon.

  3. 3

    You approve and we file

Once you approve it, the certified tax advisor files with the AEAT and we send you the filing receipt.

Tax calendar with upcoming form deadlines for freelancers

Zero missed deadlines

Real alerts, not generic reminders

It isn't an email on the 20th saying "remember you have to file". It's an early alert that tells you which form is coming, what information we still need from you and how many days are left to prepare it without rushing.

If we don't have everything we need a week before the deadline, we ask you directly. If something doesn't add up in the draft, the advisor spots it before filing, not after.

Frequently asked questions about the forms

What is form 303 and when is it filed?

Form 303 is the quarterly VAT return: you declare the VAT you charged your clients (output VAT) and subtract the VAT you paid on your purchases (input VAT). If the result is positive you pay it; if it's negative you carry it forward to the next quarter. It's filed in April, July, October and January.

What is form 130 and how does it differ from 303?

Form 130 is the income-tax instalment: a quarterly advance of 20% on your cumulative net income for the year. It's separate from VAT (form 303). When you file your annual income tax return, these payments are deducted from the total due.

When do I need to file form 349?

You file form 349 if you invoice companies or professionals in other EU countries (intra-EU transactions). It doesn't apply if you only sell to European consumers or if all your transactions are in Spain. If your EU transactions exceed €50,000 in the quarter, it switches to monthly filing.

What happens if I'm late filing a form?

The Spanish Tax Agency applies surcharges for late filing: 1% to 15% depending on how late you are, plus interest. If they chase you before you file, the penalty is higher. That's why we send alerts well in advance and make sure we have all the information before the deadline.

Do you have to pay anything with forms 390 and 347?

No. Form 390 (the annual VAT summary) and form 347 (third-party transactions) are informational: you file them, but there's nothing extra to pay. The 390 pulls together what you've already settled through the year's 303 filings; the 347 declares significant transactions with clients and suppliers.

Do I need to do anything or do you do it all?

Your part is recording your sales invoices and expenses in the platform, and approving the draft before we file. We handle the rest: calculation, review and filing with the AEAT.
