Terms and conditions

Version 1.0 · Effective from 24 August 2026

Purpose and scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of the management software for self-employed workers "autonomia360" (hereinafter, "the Software" or "the Platform"), owned by AUTONOMIA 360, S.L., Spanish tax ID (NIF) B88812243, with registered office at C. Portal de Cerdanya 3, 25700 La Seu d'Urgell (Lleida), Spain (hereinafter, "the Company"), by any natural or legal person who registers as a user (hereinafter, "the User" or "the Client").

The service

autonomia360 is a management platform for self-employed workers: invoicing, expense tracking, preparation of tax forms, quotes and business monitoring. Tax forms are filed with the AEAT by a certified tax advisor in accordance with the regulations in force. The Company is entered in the AEAT register of social collaborators for the electronic filing of tax returns on behalf of third parties (Article 92 of the Spanish General Tax Law).

Plans and pricing

The prices currently in force are shown on the pricing page. During the launch period, the prices listed are promotional and may change; we will give reasonable notice of any change, and no change will ever affect a period that has already been paid for.

Reasonable use

Queries to the advisors, handling of AEAT notices and any use described as "unlimited" in your plan are subject to a reasonable-use policy. The Company may consider usage that clearly exceeds the usual use of a user on the same plan to be abusive and, if so, will tell you before limiting the service.

User obligations

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the platform. Tax calculations are based on that information.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your data before closing your account.

Data protection

The processing of the User's personal data is governed by the Company's privacy policy. As regards third-party data that the User enters into the Platform, the Company acts as data processor under the Data Processing Agreement (Article 28 GDPR), which is accepted together with these Terms.

Acceptance

To register as a user you must expressly accept these Terms (and, during the private beta, the beta programme agreement) by ticking the corresponding box. The Company keeps a record of the date, the time and the IP address of the acceptance as proof of it.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under consumer protection legislation.
