Product

What is autonomia360?

Your all-in-one assistant as a freelancer in Spain: invoicing, expenses, taxes, quotes, clients, calendar and the health of your business, on a single platform. We calculate your tax forms automatically from your real activity, and a certified tax advisor reviews and files them.

Do I need to understand Spanish tax to use it?

No. The platform explains the why behind every step in plain language, no jargon. You invoice and record your expenses; we prepare your taxes, tell you how much you'll pay and remind you of every deadline.

Does it replace my accountant?

For most freelancers, yes. autonomia360 automates what a traditional accountancy firm does by hand and gives you a real-time view of your business on top. When something has to be filed with the Tax Agency, a certified tax advisor reviews and files it for you. And if you have a specific tax question, you can ask the advisor from inside the app.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It's a web app that adapts to phones and tablets: issue an invoice, snap a receipt or check where you stand this quarter from anywhere. A native app with push notifications is on the roadmap, after launch.

Can I scan receipts and expense invoices?

Yes. Upload a photo or a PDF and the AI extracts the supplier, date, net amount, VAT and total. You check it in a second and confirm — nothing is booked without your approval. Every plan includes a monthly scanning allowance.

Can it issue e-invoices to public bodies?

Yes. We generate the invoice in signed Facturae format, ready to submit through FACe, the Spanish public administration's entry point. For private clients, mandatory B2B e-invoicing will arrive on the official timetable, and we'll be ready.

Does it have quotes, clients and a catalogue?

Yes. Create quotes and turn them into invoices in one click, keep your clients and suppliers with their tax details, and maintain a catalogue of products or services with prices and VAT rates so you can invoice faster.

Pricing

How much does it cost?

Three plans: Basic (€15/month), Pro (€30/month) and Premium (€70/month), excluding VAT. During the welcome campaign, you pay €10, €20 or €50/month depending on the plan for the first 3 months, then the standard price. Paying annually gets you a discount. The pricing page shows exactly what each plan includes.

What's the difference between the plans?

The level of support from the advisor and the usage limits: Basic automates your day-to-day, Pro adds filing by the certified tax advisor and more capacity, and Premium includes the fullest support. All plans include invoicing, expenses, calculated taxes and the calendar.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. Cancel whenever you like and export your data. If you pay annually, you keep the discount for the period you've paid for. And you can switch plans at any time.

How does the annual-billing discount work?

If you pay for the year up front, you get 10% off the standard price. While the welcome campaign lasts, the annual discount is 15% (€12.75/month on Basic, €25.50 on Pro and €59.50 on Premium, excluding VAT). The monthly welcome offer (first 3 months at €10, €20 or €50/month) doesn't stack with annual billing.

What does "reasonable use" mean for unlimited queries?

Queries to the advisors, handling of AEAT notices and the "unlimited" use on Premium are subject to a reasonable-use policy. autonomia360 may consider usage that clearly exceeds the usual to be abusive and will tell you before limiting it. It is set out in the terms of service.

Tax

Who files my tax forms with the Tax Agency?

A certified tax advisor. Spanish rules require tax forms to be filed with the AEAT either by the freelancer or by an authorised social collaborator. autonomia360 prepares your forms, you approve them, and our certified advisor reviews and files them. The filing receipt is stored on the platform.

Which tax forms are covered?

The quarterly and annual forms most freelancers need: Form 303 (VAT return), Form 130 (income-tax instalment), Form 349 (intra-EU transactions), Form 390 (annual VAT summary) and Form 347 (transactions with third parties). Plus your VAT and income-tax ledgers, always up to date and downloadable.

What kind of freelancer is it designed for?

Self-employed individuals under Spain's simplified direct-assessment regime (estimación directa simplificada) — the vast majority: professionals, freelancers, retail and services. For now we don't cover the modules regime (estimación objetiva), the equivalence surcharge or companies; if that's you, we'll tell you clearly at sign-up.

How do I know what I'll pay next quarter?

You can see it at any time. With every invoice issued and every expense recorded we recalculate your VAT and income tax for the quarter, and the calendar shows the deadlines with reminders so nothing catches you by surprise.

Can I start mid-year?

Yes. You record the year's earlier invoices and expenses so the annual forms come out complete, and from then on the current quarter calculates itself. Bulk import of historical data is on the roadmap.

Is it ready for VeriFactu?

Yes. autonomia360 generates invoicing records with a chained hash and submits them to the AEAT as VeriFactu requires: you issue the invoice and the system takes care of traceability. You comply with the new rules without changing the way you work.

Security & data

How do you protect my data?

Your data is stored encrypted on Google Cloud infrastructure in the European Union, with automatic daily backups and restricted access. Every account is isolated from the others at database level. We comply with the GDPR and never sell or hand over your data to third parties for their own purposes.

Who can see my data?

You. Our support team can only access your account in read-only mode when you need help, and every access is logged in an audit trail. Nobody on the team can modify your invoices or your taxes.

Do you use AI on my documents?

Yes, to read receipts and expense invoices. They are processed on Google Cloud servers in the European Union, are never used to train models, and you always review the result before confirming it. The privacy policy explains this in detail.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Your invoices, expenses, ledgers and tax forms are yours: download them at any time in standard formats (PDF, CSV and the AEAT's official formats).

Beta

How does the beta work?

During 2026 we're opening access by invitation to people on the waiting list. Beta users try the platform for free, help us with their feedback and get special terms at launch.

Does the beta cost anything?

No. The beta is free to use. All we ask is that you use the platform for real and tell us what works and what doesn't.

What's not included in the beta?

The beta focuses on the freelancer's full cycle: invoicing, recording expenses, calculating and filing tax forms. Some features (native app, bulk import, integrations) will come later. The beta page lists the details.

When will it be open to everyone?

Public launch is planned for 2027, in line with the start of the new tax year. Join the waiting list to be among the first.
