Infoautónomos has spent more than a decade as a reference site for Spanish freelancers, and offers tax, employment and accounting advice from €24.95/month + VAT, with an assigned advisor, tax filing (they are a registered Social Collaborator with the Spanish Tax Agency, the AEAT) and their invoicing software included — also sold separately at €9.95/month, adapted to VeriFactu, TicketBAI and Batuz. Their site doesn't publish detailed pricing tiers: the 'from' price is settled over the phone.

Who files the taxes in each case?

In both cases, a professional: their firm files as a Social Collaborator with the AEAT, and in autonomia360 our certified tax advisor does. The difference is the platform: with autonomia360 you see the calculation in real time and the status of every filing.

Isn't Infoautónomos' software cheaper?

On its own it costs €9.95/month with unlimited invoicing — but it is invoicing: no tax forms or OCR advertised. The fair comparison is advice plus software (from €24.95/month) against our €15–70/month.

Can I use autonomia360 today?

Can I find out what I'd pay Infoautónomos without calling?

Their site publishes a 'from' price (€24.95/month + VAT) and the final figure is agreed over the phone, case by case. Ours are published and fixed: €15, €30 and €70/month excluding VAT.

Do they have receipt and invoice OCR?

OCR doesn't appear anywhere in what Infoautónomos publishes. In autonomia360 you take a photo or upload the PDF and the expense is recorded and categorised (limits depending on the plan; unlimited from Pro).

Do both comply with VeriFactu?

Yes. Their software declares support for VeriFactu (and for TicketBAI and Batuz), and autonomia360 invoicing is VeriFactu-compliant by design.

I have employees — which one suits me?

Infoautónomos: they cover payroll and contracts, which we don't offer. We'll say that as plainly as everything else in this comparison.

What about information requests from the tax agency?

Both options cover them with professionals: their firm on their side, and in autonomia360 your certified tax advisor from the Pro plan, with the paperwork already in order on the platform.

Is there a minimum contract with autonomia360?

No. The plans (€15, €30 and €70/month excluding VAT) are monthly: change plan or cancel whenever you like, and paying annually gets you a discount.
