Comparison
Comparing: autonomia360 vs Holded
Holded is probably the most complete cloud ERP in the Spanish market. The question isn't whether Holded is good — it is — but whether a freelancer needs an SME ERP or a platform built for them.
autonomia360 is in private beta · launching 2027
This comparison reflects the launch product (version 1.0). We say so upfront: a comparison is only useful if it's honest.

Holded is a cloud ERP for SMEs and freelancers with hundreds of thousands of users: invoicing, accounting, stock, HR, CRM and projects. It's powerful and ambitious; in return, its learning curve and per-plan limits (invoices a year, banks, users) are built for growing companies, not for a freelancer who wants their taxes sorted.
The essentials
Which one suits you?
When autonomia360 makes more sense
- If you're a freelancer and want someone else to file your taxes: Holded doesn't include filing; our certified tax advisor does, and gives you the receipt.
- If you want a product that explains your taxes instead of assuming you know accounting.
- If Holded's limits get in your way: its €15/month plan allows 250 invoices a year and no recurring invoices.
- If you want to pay for what a freelancer actually uses, not for SME modules (stock, HR, CRM) you'll never open.
When Holded might suit you better
- If you have a team, stock or ERP needs (or will have soon): Holded plays in another league there.
- If you need it today: available now, with a 14-day trial.
- If your accountant is a Holded partner and you work inside their ecosystem.
- If you need cost accounting or corporation tax for a limited company, which we don't cover.

Verdict
Our honest verdict
For a freelancer working alone, autonomia360 wins: the limits on Holded's €15 plan (250 invoices a year, no recurring invoices, 1 bank) run out fast, filing isn't included and priority support costs €99–199/month. Here invoices are unlimited from the €15 plan and a certified tax advisor files for you from Pro (€30).
If your business is (or is turning into) an SME with a team, stock or cost accounting, Holded is probably the best platform in the Spanish market and will repay its learning curve.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Isn't Holded more complete than autonomia360?
As an ERP, yes: stock, HR, CRM and corporation tax are outside our scope. Our argument is the opposite one: for a freelancer, most of those modules are surplus and the essential piece is missing — someone who files your taxes and explains them.
Who files the taxes in each case?
With Holded you generate the forms and file them yourself (SII submission is a paid add-on). With autonomia360, a certified tax advisor reviews and files them, and you get the receipt from the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).
Can I use autonomia360 today?
We're in private beta and launch in 2027. This comparison describes the product as it will launch; join the waiting list to try it early.
Can I migrate from Holded to autonomia360?
Yes: export your clients, invoices and expenses from Holded (CSV/Excel) and import them. Excel/CSV import is there so you don't start from scratch.
Do both comply with VeriFactu?
Yes. Holded includes it on every plan, and autonomia360 invoicing is VeriFactu-compliant by design.
What about bank reconciliation?
Holded includes it (1 bank and 15 rules on Plus; more depending on the plan). In autonomia360, bank connection and automatic reconciliation are planned for 2027 — we say so plainly instead of burying it in the small print.
What support does each one offer?
With autonomia360: email on every plan, queries to your advisor from the app, and WhatsApp (from Pro) and phone (Premium) depending on the plan. With Holded, priority support only arrives on the Avanzado and Premium plans (€99–199/month).
I have a limited company — which one suits me?
Holded. We focus on freelancers taxed under direct assessment; corporation tax and cost accounting are outside our scope, and we'd rather say so.
Is there a minimum contract with autonomia360?
No. The plans (€15, €30 and €70/month excluding VAT) are monthly: change plan or cancel whenever you like, and paying annually gets you a discount.
