Help us build the admin platform freelancers have always wanted

We're looking for the first freelancers to use autonomia360 for real. You try it out and steer where it goes; we make it worth your while with your price frozen for life and an extra 10% off in year one.

Apply for a placeFree during the beta. No card required.

What being a beta tester means

autonomia360 is still in development. The beta is the phase where a small group of freelancers uses the platform in their real day-to-day before the public launch: invoices, expenses, taxes and, depending on the plan, a real tax advisor.

It's not a demo: it's real access to the product and collaborative development. What you tell us goes straight into the roadmap, and you'll see new features before anyone else.

It's also a real beta: there will be bugs and half-polished features. That's why, during this phase, we ask you to double-check tax figures and keep copies of your paperwork, unless your plan includes an advisor who files for you.

Founder benefits

Free for the whole beta

You pay nothing for as long as the beta lasts. No card, no commitment.

Your price frozen for life

Your plan's standard price when you join (before discounts) stays frozen indefinitely: future increases won't affect you, even as the plan gains features.

Welcome price and 10% off in your first year

For the first 3 months you pay the welcome price; for the rest of your first year, 10% off the standard price. It stacks with the annual-billing discount.

Early access

You try features in development before general availability and help us shape them.

Your voice sets the course

A direct line to the team building the product: what you suggest shapes what we build, and in what order.

Help moving from your accountancy firm

Send us the invoices and history your current accountancy firm gives you (PDF, Excel…) and our team will load them into the platform for you.

We'd rather start with a few freelancers and listen to them well, than with many and listen to no one.

02

Not convinced? No problem

The beta is free and commitment-free: you can leave whenever you want, with one click, and ask us to delete your data.

That said, we play fair: founder terms are for those who stay. If you actually cancel and come back later, you'll re-join on standard customer terms.

What we expect from you

Use it for real

Make the platform part of your day-to-day: real invoices, real expenses, real taxes.

Tell us what you see

Honest feedback now and then, and a heads-up when you find a bug, through the channels we set up.

Discretion

Unreleased features and the roadmap stay confidential until launch: please don't share screenshots or details publicly.

How it works

01

Apply for your place

Fill in the form. It helps us understand your profile, your activity and how you work today.

02

We review your profile

We open places in waves, aiming for a varied group: different sectors, levels of experience and ways of working.

03

Accept the conditions

We'll email you. When you sign up, you accept the beta programme terms by ticking a box — no signatures, no paperwork.

04

Try it and tell us

Use the platform in your day-to-day and tell us what works and what doesn't.

Let's be honest: it's a beta. Some features won't be ready yet and there will be things to improve. That's exactly why we need you.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

During the beta, nothing. At launch, plans start from €15/month; as a founder, your plan's standard price stays frozen for life and you pay the welcome price for the first 3 months and, for the rest of your first year, you get 10% off the standard price, whether you pay monthly or yearly.

What is the frozen price?

Your plan's standard price (before discounts) when you join the beta never goes up, even as the plan gains features or prices rise for new customers. You only lose it if you actually cancel or choose to switch plans.

When will I get access?

We open places in waves so we can support each freelancer properly. We review every application and will email you as soon as your invitation is ready.

Why do you ask for so much information?

To assess your profile and build a varied group across sectors and levels of experience. Your tax ID is optional and is only used to check that you're self-employed. We'll never sell or share your data.

Will I have to sign anything?

No paperwork. When you sign up you accept the beta programme terms by ticking a box: they cover your founder benefits, the scope of the service during the beta and confidentiality around unreleased work.

Can I bring my invoices from my current accountancy firm?

Yes. Ask them for your invoices and history (PDF, Excel, whatever they give you) and our team will help you load them into the platform, so you don't start from scratch.

Can I post about the beta on social media?

We ask for discretion about anything unreleased: no screenshots, features in development or product details. If you're not sure what you can share, just ask us.

Do I need to know about bookkeeping or tax?

No. The platform is designed so any freelancer can use it without technical knowledge.

Can I leave? What do I lose?

You can leave whenever you want and ask us to delete your data. If you actually cancel you lose the founder terms; if you come back later, you join as a standard customer.

Can I sign up without an invitation?

No. Registration is closed during the beta: accounts can only be created with an invitation, which we send from the application list in waves. Apply and we'll let you know when it's your turn.
