Comparison
Comparing: autonomia360 vs Declarando
Declarando is the competitor closest to us in philosophy: software plus tax advice for freelancers. The differences are in the price, in who actually files your forms, and in how much platform sits behind the advice.

Declarando is a digital tax advisory firm owned by the Visma group, with years of experience and hundreds of thousands of freelancers advised. It offers VeriFactu invoicing software, tax forecasting, tax mentors and eye-catching guarantees (penalty cover, tax savings). Its model runs on two tracks: 'without taxes' plans, where your usual accountant files, and 'with taxes' plans, where their platform guides you to file yourself on the website of the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).
The essentials

When autonomia360 makes more sense

Verdict
Our honest verdict
If you want someone to file for you, autonomia360 comes out on top: filing by a certified tax advisor from the Pro plan (€30/month), against 'with taxes' plans at €49.90–99.90 where, by their own account, you file yourself with guidance. And we add the full platform: recurring invoices, templates, KPIs and projects.
Declarando wins on packaged advice: written guarantees (penalty cover, tax savings), mentors and the most practised freelancer registration service in Spain. If that's what you value and the price works for you, it's a very worthy rival.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Don't Declarando and autonomia360 do the same thing?
They share the same aim: freelancers shouldn't feel lost with their taxes. They differ in how: Declarando puts the emphasis on advice (mentors, guarantees) and its site says you file the forms yourself with their guidance; we put the emphasis on the platform and on having a certified tax advisor file for you.
What about Declarando's guarantees?
They're real and published: penalty cover on every plan, and a guaranteed minimum tax saving on the Pro and Premium 'with taxes' plans. We don't offer equivalent guarantees today; we'd rather tell you straight than leave it out.
Can I use autonomia360 today?
We're in private beta and launch in 2027. Join the waiting list and we'll let you know.
What does Declarando's €9.90 plan include?
VeriFactu invoicing only, with limited OCR (5 documents a month). It compares to basic invoicing software, not to a with-taxes service — measure it against what you actually need.
Is freelancer registration included?
With both: Declarando is a well-practised registration point (PAE), and autonomia360 also registers you for free.
What about bank reconciliation?
In Declarando, from its Pro plan (€39.90/month). In autonomia360, bank connection and automatic reconciliation are planned for 2027 — we mark them 'Planned' rather than selling them early.
Do both comply with VeriFactu?
Yes. Declarando includes it on every plan, and autonomia360 invoicing is VeriFactu-compliant by design.
What support does each one offer?
Declarando answers by chat and phone (from under 24 hours to under 1 hour depending on the plan) and has tax mentors. In autonomia360: email on every plan, queries to your advisor from the app, and WhatsApp (from Pro) and phone (Premium) depending on the plan.
Is there a minimum contract with autonomia360?
No. The plans (€15, €30 and €70/month excluding VAT) are monthly: change plan or cancel whenever you like, and paying annually gets you a discount. For Declarando's minimum-term conditions, check their site.
Where does this data come from?
From declarando.es/precios, reviewed in August 2026. Their annual plans and variants change often; if you see anything out of date, email us at hola@autonomia360.es.
