Anfix is Spanish invoicing and accounting software with more than a decade behind it, aimed at freelancers, small businesses and accountancy firms. It includes VeriFactu on every plan, OCR (CleverScan) and bank reconciliation, and it lets you file Form 303 (VAT return), Form 130 (income-tax instalment) and Form 390 directly. Its five plans tier almost everything: from the €4.99 plan (60 invoices a year, only Forms 303 and 130) up to €83.33.
The essentials
Which one suits you?
When autonomia360 makes more sense
- If you don't want to count invoices: here they're unlimited on every plan, whereas Anfix goes by tier (60 a year on the entry plan).
- If you want a certified tax advisor to review before filing, not just a send button.
- If you prefer three clear plans to five tiers with small print.
- If you want projects and profitability without paying for a separate module.
When Anfix might suit you better
- If you invoice very little and want the lowest entry price with VeriFactu included.
- If you need it today: available now, with a 15-day trial.
- If filing Form 303 and Form 130 yourself, straight from the app, is enough for you.
- If you're an accountancy firm: they have specific plans for practices.

Verdict
Our honest verdict
autonomia360 wins on predictability and professional backing: unlimited invoices on every plan and a certified tax advisor who reviews and files your forms, against five Anfix tiers that ration invoices, OCR and forms. With Anfix, the €4.99 plan falls short as soon as your business picks up.
Anfix is a serious alternative if you invoice very little and want the lowest entry price, or if filing Form 303 and Form 130 yourself from the app is enough. Filing directly and getting the receipt is something few tools offer.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Isn't Anfix cheaper?
Its entry price is. But the €4.99 plan covers 60 invoices a year and only two forms; with more volume or more forms, the price climbs tier by tier. Compare the plan you would actually need.
Does Anfix file my taxes?
It lets you file Form 303, Form 130 and Form 390 straight from the app and get the receipt; the other forms are generated for you to file yourself. There's no advisor review: that's the difference with autonomia360.
Can I use autonomia360 today?
We're in private beta and launch in 2027. Join the waiting list and we'll let you know.
Can I migrate from Anfix to autonomia360?
Yes: export your data from Anfix (CSV/Excel) and import it. Excel/CSV import is there so you don't start from scratch.
Do both comply with VeriFactu?
Yes. Anfix includes it on every plan, and autonomia360 invoicing is VeriFactu-compliant by design.
How many invoices can I issue on each?
In autonomia360, unlimited on every plan. In Anfix it depends on the tier: from 60 a year on the entry plan.
What about bank reconciliation?
Anfix includes it (1–5 banks depending on the plan). In autonomia360, bank connection and automatic reconciliation are planned for 2027 — we'd rather mark them 'Planned' than sell them before they exist.
What support does each one offer?
Anfix includes no support on its Básico plan, and phone support starts with the Profesional plan. In autonomia360 there's email on every plan, queries to your advisor from the app, and WhatsApp (from Pro) and phone (Premium) depending on the plan.
Is there a minimum contract with autonomia360?
No. The plans (€15, €30 and €70/month excluding VAT) are monthly: change plan or cancel whenever you like, and paying annually gets you a discount.
