Comparison
Comparing: autonomia360 vs Billin
Billin (now TeamSystem Facturas Billin) does one thing well: simple, cheap invoicing. An honest comparison starts by admitting that these are different categories: Billin is invoicing; autonomia360 is invoicing plus taxes, an advisor and business insight.
autonomia360 is in private beta · launching 2027
This comparison reflects the launch product (version 1.0). We say so upfront: a comparison is only useful if it's honest.

Billin is Spanish invoicing software, now part of the Italian TeamSystem group, used by tens of thousands of freelancers and small businesses. It covers invoices, quotes, OCR and direct debit batches, with VeriFactu on every plan, and it's among the cheapest on the market. What you won't find on their site: tax forms, ledgers or tax filing.
The essentials
Which one suits you?
When autonomia360 makes more sense
- If you want one platform that calculates and files your returns — Form 303 (VAT return), Form 130 (income-tax instalment), Form 390 — Billin doesn't cover that part, so you carry on paying a separate accountancy firm.
- If you add up Billin plus a traditional accountancy firm, the total usually comes to more than our Pro plan, which already includes filing by an advisor.
- If you want bank reconciliation: Billin lists it as 'coming soon'.
- If you want to understand your taxes, not just issue invoices.
When Billin might suit you better
- If all you need is invoicing and your accountancy firm handles everything else: it's cheaper than us.
- If you want it today: available now, with a 30-day trial, the longest in this comparison.
- If you invoice very little and want to meet the VeriFactu rules for as little as possible.
Pricing
Pricing, with no small print

Billin
from €6.6/month + VAT (yearly billing)
30-day free trial
Billin starts at €6.60/month + VAT (billed annually) and is among the cheapest ways to invoice. But it doesn't cover taxes: add an accountancy firm at €30–60/month and the total matches or beats our Pro plan (€30/month), which already includes filing by a certified tax advisor. Prices verified in August 2026.
The key difference
Invoicing is half the job. The other half — forms, deadlines and an advisor who files for you — has to be there too.

Verdict
Our honest verdict
If what you want is your taxes sorted, the comparison is simple: Billin doesn't cover them — it publishes neither forms nor ledgers — so you'd end up paying for Billin plus an accountancy firm. autonomia360 puts the two pieces together: the platform from €15/month and filing by a certified tax advisor from the Pro plan (€30/month), usually for less than that total.
If you just want cheap, VeriFactu-compliant invoicing and your accountancy firm already handles the rest, Billin is a decent option and cheaper than ours: for that particular case, stick with it.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does Billin calculate my tax forms?
No tax form (303, 130 and so on) or ledger appears on their public site: it's invoicing software. In autonomia360 the forms are calculated, reviewed by a certified tax advisor and filed.
Why is Billin cheaper?
Because it covers less: invoicing without the tax layer. This is an honest comparison between different categories — which is why we tell you plainly when Billin is enough.
Can I use autonomia360 today?
We're in private beta and launch in 2027. Join the waiting list and we'll let you know.
Can I bring my data over from Billin?
Yes: export your clients and invoices from Billin (CSV/Excel) and import them into autonomia360 — designed so you don't start from scratch.
Do both comply with VeriFactu?
Yes. Billin includes it on every plan, and autonomia360 invoicing is VeriFactu-compliant by design.
What about e-invoicing?
Both cover it: Billin declares support for Facturae and TicketBAI; autonomia360 generates Facturae and sends it to FACe.
How many receipts can I scan with OCR?
Billin allows 5 to 250 documents a month depending on the plan. In autonomia360, the Básico plan has a limited number of scans and from the Pro plan they're unlimited.
Who helps me if the tax agency sends me an information request?
In autonomia360, your certified tax advisor handles requests from the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) from the Pro plan. Billin offers no equivalent service: its assistant is an AI, not a human advisor.
Is there a minimum contract with autonomia360?
No. The plans (€15, €30 and €70/month excluding VAT) are monthly: change plan or cancel whenever you like, and paying annually gets you a discount.
Where does this data come from?
From Billin's public pricing page, reviewed in August 2026. If something has changed, email us at hola@autonomia360.es.
